Description
On patrol one night, the city's dark and in any shadow could be some hoodlum ready to commit a crime. Maybe a purse snatcher, a stick up artist or a mugger. The shadows are there home and the back alleys are their neighbourhood. I see some movement behind a corner and tell my partner to drive the car round the block. We see him lying in wait. We've got him dead to rights.
